There are approximately 4000 children in Ireland with life limiting conditions. Suzanne House provides respite to the families of these special children in a warm, home-like environment.  The devoted and dedicated team ensures that the children’s every need is met during their stay.

The fact that the service guarantees families three nights of respite a month is unique in Ireland.  The children have a wide range of disabilities and therefore a vast range of complex individual needs.  The highly specialised nature of this service highlights the importance of fundraising activities. 

Continuous funding is required to ensure the best equipment and most appropriate facilities are available for each child.  Lack of funding can be a barrier between needs being met and quality of life being enhanced.  Your donations will allow short lives to be cherished as they should be.
