With a background in the transformation of brands and strategic planning, Neil brings a wealth of experience in driving growth and customer engagement through integrated activation plans. Throughout his career, Neil has successfully managed teams, created and executed programs, and delivered exceptional results. His expertise in managing customer journeys and implementing digital sales ecosystems has led to remarkable achievements, including the development of CUPRA, Volkswagen Group's first start-up automotive car brand for Irish customers. Neil Dalton holds a degree in Business, a degree in Marketing, and recently completed a Masters in Business Studies at the IMI. His strong analytical skills, knowledge of database marketing, project management abilities, and expertise in e-commerce will prove instrumental in his role at St John of Gods Foundation.
Bro Ronan Lennon OH Expand Bro Ronan has been part of the family of Saint John of God for some 50 years. During this time he has worked in various roles in nursing, hospital administration and leadership in the Province. While engaged in these roles it gave him the opportunity to work in the United States, South Korea and Malawi. "I believe in and am committed to the on-going provision of health and social care in the family of Saint John of God, the new governance structures’ is critical for the future".
Bro Finnian Gallagher OH Expand Since 2010 Bro Finnian holds the position of Provincial Secretary, working at Granada House, Stillorgan, while residing as Prior of the Lucena Brothers Community in Rathgar. He is a Professed member of the Order since 1963 and has served in many roles including Provincial Councillor and Prior. Trained as a nurse in psychiatry and general medicine, over the years he was appointed to posts of leadership in the Order’s Services in Stillorgan, New Jersey, and Belfast and in AMRI – when it was CMRS – in a health care office which he set up as a resource for Religious involved in healthcare in the 1980s. Currently he is also a Director of Saint John of God Research Foundation and Chair of EmployAbility and Saint John of God Association (N.I.).
Theresa Ghalaieny Expand Theresa graduated from University College Dublin as a physiotherapist in 1973. Employed as Physio therapy manager for Carmona services SJOG from 2000 until retirement in 2015 specialising in Early Childhood Intervention. During this period Theresa also provided input into services in Zambia and Malawi and was involved in research both in Zambia on Community based rehabilitation and early childhood intervention in Malawi. Theresa continues to provide training in early services utilising the Portage model of early education of which she is hon secretary for the international portage association. Theresa is also involved with VSO (voluntary Services Overseas) and volunteered in Uganda in 2017 working on baseline reports.
